I saw this mod and I was very exited to be a Byzantophile, sadly the game kept crashing. I turned off all dlcs and mods besides this one and yet it still didn't work.
I assume it's because it's not compatible with my current version of my game.
I really hope this gets updated.

Gotta say, it was probably the best greek focus tree mod. It was up there with the RT56 focus tree
Only real critiques is that the Expansionist Monarchist path felt too overpowered and Metaxas' path probably needed more work and focuses for it being the historical path.
Other than that this mod was great.

Well this mod is getting replaced. At least I will never forget this mod.

Update? State codes are wrong so if you core Aulonia it says you need Asturias in Spain and so on.

@Air Niklaus They should appear automatically if you choose Ioannis Metaxas after Demertzis passes away. Only then will the missions appear.

hello. the mod looks great but im wondering if it is just me but many countries dont have any name tags and the focuses have the coding. is it just me or a bug in the mod.
keep up the great work on this spectacular mod.

Coring Northern Epirus and one of the other 2 Albanian territories isn't working because the state ID is wrong. Mentions towns in Spain as needing to be captured.

Is it only in English? Or is it possible will be in Russian version?

I just forgot to fix the states when I changed them for 1.9. I've been caught up updating Purple Dawn but I will get to fixing that issue.

Can definitley confirm the issue is as Guor described as I have just fixed this by changing the mod files myself, I changed the NAT focus state tag and the Master list tag and now it works.

Can confirm guor is right on this problem with the mod. Giving those republicans resources is a bit awkward...
TBH not sure why Greece needs these resources anyway, thought the Greek resource situation was very interesting as it was in the base game. Just my 2 cents, hell, if you could make this policy an 'unlocks resource excavation decisions" policy, I would be much more a fan of this. Then it simulates me as the Greek nation having planned to invest in resources resulting in a boon as I unlock excavation techs, rather than simply im-balancing the regional resource balance and making free trade too easy an early game decision to make. (not that this isn't an easy decision anyway)

Awesome mod mate. I found a minor mistake. On the focus tree on the synthetic refineries instaed of state 798 which is in Greece you have 789 which is Cordoba in Spain. Thought you should know.

Well of course there is a large cultural connection between the Turks and Greeks, before the Turks and Arabs showed up, ALL of Anatolia was under Greek control and was basically culturally Greek. Over the span of centuries the Turks became the Majority in Anatolia. But that doesn't make them culturally brothers or similar at all. That's like saying the British are culturally brothers to the Celtic because England used to be Mostly Celtic before the pre-English Anglo-Saxons showed up.

There were certainly differences between the two, no doubt. The Greeks inhabited a largely mercantile class in Ottoman society, while the Turks enjoyed the benefit of being in the primary class of Ottoman society. But the level of interaction between the two groups, how much of a homeland they shared, and how Turkish genetic origins implies a far closer connection to Greeks and people of the Caucuses rather than Central Asians and Arabs, shows that the modern Turkish identity arose from an eclectic mix of Central Asian pastorialism and the indigenous cultures of Anatolia. The strong and longstanding cultural connection between the Greek and Turkish people is far often understated in modern discourse on Helleno-Turkish animosity.

But then you had people who lived in Greek speaking areas, who spoke Greek but practiced Islam. You had people who lived in Turkish speaking areas who spoke Turkish but practiced Orthodox Christianity. You had people who lived in Greek speaking areas, who spoke Turkish but practiced Orthodox Christianity, and you had people who lived in Turkish speaking areas who spoke Greek and practiced either Orthodoxy, Islam or different religion altogether. These individuals lived in a gray zone of identity. This isn't even counting the people who had Greek and Turkish ancestry, which was fairly common.

If it even had to be defined, that kind of proves that the line between "Hellenic" and "Turk" was pretty vague. There were people who were undeniably Greek and undeniably Turk; people who lived in Greek speaking areas, spoke Greek and practiced Orthodox Christianity were undeniably Greek, and people who lived in Turkish speaking areas, spoke Turkish and practiced Islam were undeniably Turkish.

Just because foreign treaties didn't dictate what was Hellenic and what was Turkish prior to 1922 doesn't mean that those differences weren't present or heartfelt by either population.
