I am subbed and I have unsubbed and resubbed many times with the game closed. It does not show up at all when I go the scenario screen.

Kold, it's not possible to change any graphic in the current modding implementation.

Just some names changed. Like Muta Corn. No graphics changes. Not seeing much difference in the tech tree. Just some name changes.
