This asset created an unusual issue for me. The amount of traffic this business generated was insane. I went from 85% flow without public transport (40k pop) Down to gridlocked at 22%. At first I didn't know what was causing my problem. I implemented a bus system figuring I had stretched my city to the point of needing it. But it did nothing. In fact, it seemed to make it worse. As soon as I bulldozed Target, my roads cleared up and my traffic sorted back out to 85%. I've never had this problem before. I have multiple large shopping centers that hold a variety of big box stores. None of them have caused this issue. Not sure what the deal is with this particular one seen as every other asset I have used from you has been nothing but awesome.

If one of my cims buys something at one of your targets or one of your walmarts, can they return it to any of your other targets or walmarts? Or does it have to be the exact one they bought it at?
Caronz32 12. juli 2023 kl. 4:52
Love the target in the game, my wife loves it in real life. LOL

simplyycoya 16. aug. 2022 kl. 22:49
Love this asset, but am I looking in the wrong place? I can't seem to locate this asset in RICO or Find it?
emilythecatgurl 25. mar. 2022 kl. 11:01
Just based on the icon I thought "hey that looks like my regular Target" and then I read the description...it literally is! Excited to try this out in my game now :)

Totally Awesome. Feels like home.
Saplaiceen 17. nov. 2020 kl. 14:41

themeatballhero 24. apr. 2020 kl. 11:54
oh good to know then! ill probably do it after i get a few projects of my own done for the other program
KingLeno  [ophavsmand] 24. apr. 2020 kl. 9:39
@themeatballhero should be no problem then. I never did anything before i started with Cities skylines
themeatballhero 24. apr. 2020 kl. 8:01
Ah, thats why. They're based in Rochester, NY and have grown so much so that they're down in NC now. I've thought about making it for this game, but I haven't modded for C:S before, just Transport Fever. I've heard its easier though
KingLeno  [ophavsmand] 24. apr. 2020 kl. 7:57
@themeatsballhero thanks, and no, never heard of them.
themeatballhero 24. apr. 2020 kl. 7:52
Ever thought about making a Wegman's? Best supermarket on the east coast imo. By the way your textures are really good, very impressive.

@__zdog__ not much , just hit the patreon or donate button tho, would be cheaper to donate and i'll put it on my eventual list than to pay for it directly
__zdog__ 8. mar. 2020 kl. 18:06
How much for you to make a Shake Shack.
KingLeno  [ophavsmand] 16. feb. 2020 kl. 20:18
@ricebug that wouldn't be worth the 50 dollars. buildings like arenas takes an outrageous amount of time and effort. If you just want something similar looking, I can adjust the roof on this building and throw some wood panels on it if you're interested https://www.patreon.com/posts/mid-south-29011829
Ricebug 16. feb. 2020 kl. 18:29
I'll donate $50 if you make a model for me. I need the Tacoma Dome. Google it. Basically an upside-down bowl. Contact me. (terrydelaney@outlook.com)

ej-mcd 21. juni 2019 kl. 18:02
Where are those Red & yellow light poles from ?
Arkilum 7. apr. 2019 kl. 21:45
@jx3d97
Regardless of the reality, it would be nice to see more walkable cities... Also applying to city skylines, I have so many car-centric cities built that there is only one series that I really watch anymore.

@ghostofthe45thflyingpyros it is commercial, just didn't change the 'residential' in the copy paste description format
☆The 45th Flying Pyros☆ 5. apr. 2019 kl. 10:03
Haha. But really, is there a commercial version I can get? With pleas.
KingLeno  [ophavsmand] 4. apr. 2019 kl. 10:02
@ghostofthe45thflyingpyros well, some people basically live there
☆The 45th Flying Pyros☆ 4. apr. 2019 kl. 9:11
Description says it's a residential building?
KingLeno  [ophavsmand] 1. apr. 2019 kl. 4:11
@landanskygirl most targets would be about that size though. those two look even smaller however.
Amayasnep 1. apr. 2019 kl. 0:07
@KingLeno "Reasonably sized" relative to my personal experience shopping at smaller Targets like these ones: San Jose [goo.gl] and Ventura [goo.gl]. When I tried out your other Target asset it was massive compared to what I'm used to, as well as being double the size of this new "Urban" one. That was all.
KingLeno  [ophavsmand] 31. mar. 2019 kl. 23:07
@landandskygirl what do you mean finally a reasonably sized Target? my other Target was reasonably sized also
Amayasnep 31. mar. 2019 kl. 22:28
Finally, a reasonably sized Target. You did a great job modelling the asset.
Saplaiceen 31. mar. 2019 kl. 20:02
@novumarkilum manhattan is a bit unique, it never had the questionable destruction many other us cities had during the suburbanisation in the late 20th century, anyone who drives there is proabably a bit selfish, most people walk or ride transit or take cabs, as half the city wasnt demolished for highways and parking lots
Lextacy 31. mar. 2019 kl. 17:14
Very nice! Although it looks more suburban and the screen shots look like what our MidWest Targets would do in the suburbs. Now all we need is a Shopko? :D
dominion_ruler 31. mar. 2019 kl. 14:18
Very nice thank you!
Blujitsu 31. mar. 2019 kl. 13:32
Looks amazing! Just like some that I've seen.
Arkilum 31. mar. 2019 kl. 11:06
its nice to here that there at least efforts to make life better, I just remeber travling in manhatten. a lot of the time it was a traffic nightmare, and I would come back to the hotel room really sticky.
Saplaiceen 31. mar. 2019 kl. 10:38
@novumarkilum the actual cities are fine, suburbanisation from the late 20th century however fucked up a lot of stuff, i wouldnt call stuff like that a city at that point either, nowdays a lot of these issues are trying to be reversed.
KingLeno  [ophavsmand] 31. mar. 2019 kl. 8:39
@novumarkilum I've been conditioned that I would drive from the Target in the picture to the Dillards across the parking lot lol
Arkilum 31. mar. 2019 kl. 7:34
I have forgotten how much i dislike US stores, and cities, far to Car-Centric and far to little attention on pedestrian and bicycal traffic.
Saplaiceen 30. mar. 2019 kl. 20:47
the target in pittsburgh is 2 floors, first is parking and second is retail, theres shopping cart escalators
girlfromverona 30. mar. 2019 kl. 20:19
Very nice! Thanks, KingLeno.
exothermic 30. mar. 2019 kl. 17:47
how about a city target for 101? fits in downtown with no parking.
Dahl 30. mar. 2019 kl. 14:29
Not sure if you would ever consider this, just putting it out there.

Target has a lot of store formats that are designed to fit into shopping malls. There's one such thing by me that's occupying what used to be (I think) A Dillard's, here in Glendale, California.

There's another one I know of in Crystal City, Maryland. They're actually really cool if you wanted to put some in like a super dense shopping mall type of store. There's actually a lot of them like that all over Southern California.

Just a thought, thanks for all the great assets!
djantir 30. mar. 2019 kl. 9:04
Haha, that one is local to me. I thought it looked familiar, then I read the description! Gave it a positive rating immediately, and I don't even like Target like that either! lol
