-About the eyes, I think they will never gonna work because they are flat and source engine was made for round eyes.
-Adding face-posing is something that I really want, but I don't have much time to learn.
-The fingers are the first problem that I faced, and after several tries, this was the best I could do.

This and the Takumi model need some tweaking.

Eyes and Face - No face-posing, the eyes stretch and stuff when you pose them and it's weird.

Fingers - They're really weird and wonky.

Overall Tweaking - Just some things to make it look better, no clipping parts or limb stretching or something.

Other than that, great.

If you can, you could port the vehicles from the game, too. You can like bodygroup the parts or something.

Maybe make them drivable and Simfphys?
