Thank you all! @Felli Loss, I think what might be happening is you have subbed over 200 workshop creations. When you do, the game starts cutting the ones down the alphabet. This one starting with a W would be one of the first to go. If this is true, you may not see any creations past a certain letter on the name. To fix it, you would want to go thru the blueprint download folder and remove some you don't want anymore. They will be in folders with a number name, so you have to go in each folder to see what creation you are looking at. The default location would be: C:\Games\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content. I hope that helps. And thanks again all!

You don't need power right now (still) for a pure storage module, no, even though the storage extenders, the cargo controller, the WiFi, the CPU extenders and the Core all draw power. But it's best to prepare, because just as soon as the devs figure out powered/unpowered voxel state changes, all this stuff will truly need power. Then we'll probably be able to turn off our forcefields, too, with a switch, and all will be well in the world.

If it is only storage, why do you need power? AFAIK Wifi works without power (not that this makes sense). So why have dual power sources for something that works without it? Doesn't this just draw Zirax attention?

Thank you XCaliber, Villages, and n2q0! @Villages, this is actually a base so it would have to be spawned on the ground near the base you want to add storage to. It uses WiFi so what ever the range of that is. I would recommending spawning close to whatever base you are at closest to the crafting area or constructors. Thanks again all!
