sadly? Just change SWEP.AutoSpawnable = true to false and add:
SWEP.CanBuy = {ROLE_TRAITOR} or SWEP.CanBuy = {ROLE_TRAITOR,ROLE_DETECTIVE}
And:
SWEP.EquipMenuData = {
type = "item_weapon",
name = "GreenBlack",
desc = "Most awesome gun ever."
}

Spawns around the map automatically, if you want it to be a T or D weapon you're going to need to edit it sadly.
