Is there a chance for this mod to mess up the land just west of Whiterun? I have some texture issues with the land west of Whiterun and I'm trying to figure out which mod caused this. If anyone knows please tell me.

It is a lantern mod. Equipable Lanterns. mod 2 types. Oil burning and Torch-Bug. Torch Bug is Big Glass Jar with torch bug inside

This mod conflicts with Hearthfire DLC.

If you try to build Heljarchen Hall (the one in The Pale, directly north of Witherun), the house won't appear and you wont be able to build any house additions (bedroom, armory, kitchen, etc.)

My only suggestion is to prehaps stay a little clear of revamping just around the outskirts of cities - I know they're are some good mods people use that might conflict with your changes?...
