I'll get around to updating the version file, but the mod should still work just fine. Check the decisions menu if the event doesn't pop up; it should be there.

The mod is still functional last I checked, it just pops up in the decisions menu instead of on-screen.

The mod should still be working fine, and shouldn't conflict with anything. If it's warning you that the mod is out of date, you can just ignore that and load it anyway. Nothing's changed that could break it.

It adds research slots to every tag, player or AI, depending on the option you choose.

Should be compatible with just about anything, since all it does is add an event at startup.

I don't believe so, since it only fires once at the start of the game. I might get around to making a version that automatically does it, but it wouldn't be for a while most likely.

I like how there are options of how many research slots and who gets the research slots; Very creative.

Though, seeing how the mod relies on a decision event at the start of the game, I'd like to know if countries that are released after that event also get the bonus research slots. Do they?

It only adds an event at startup, so it should work just fine with pretty much anything. Can't guarantee it, though, since I've never played with OWB.

I really don't even know how you'd make that work. What would you buy it with? Civilian factory time? I feel like such a mod wouldn't work out too well, because it would either not be worth the factories and thus be pointless, or would always be worth the factories and thus make it a non-choice.
