@Hunkules i know www, especially when it has been shown it can be done without it. but this was made in 2019 so they might not have known that yet

Hunkules, it's bcs the audio files dont have the exact length as the original audio files of the default game. That means, you gonna experience squeeking sound. Snd_rebuildaudiocache gives the new audio files a new cache that prevents the audio from having squeeking sound or any other disruption.

Replacing the default audio files with the custom audio files is just a very clean install.
Believe me, its worth it.

Why are voice pack addons this convoluted to install!? I just want a voice pack for Francis, not to do a full on side quest!

i try this type " snd_rebuildaudiocache " Can't run & auto quit game, i thing have Damaged file inside. because i run other （voice pack ) all smooth & no any problem. can help to fix it ?

My game just crashes after the snd_rebuildaudiocache command loads.
