Be advised this will prevent access to Valve servers. Valve doesn't allow self illuminate on Special Infected as to deter unfair advantages in Versus.
Single Player, and 'Local Host' online servers will still function, provided the Local Host has sv_consistency set to 0 before launching the server.

This is an interesting idea and would certainly be appreciated in a dark room with a Hunter in it.
