Ah, yeah- I know. I didn't figure out how to fix it in decent time so that's just how it ended up. As for the hallway appearance behind there, that's just the geo of the building above stretching down.
If you're looking up from this spot, than it is indeed the spawn location across from Double Tap.

There's a spot in the descent to power where basically all textures near the player hide and you can see through some walls. It's about 6 feet inside the opening. But I noticed a hallway that I could not get to and that did not seem to be a spawn location. It looks like it is beneath the double tap room. This leftover from a previous idea, or is it there intentionally?
