I love this so much. I am literally looking at this building out my window from my desk right now. You did such a great job and I'd love to see more Oakland assets soon <3

Bay Area native here... Nice job on the model. I've sen that building from all angles, so it's really cool to see it in my city! (soon) :-) Oh, and how about doing the Ask! building on 12th Street?
