Though, I'd like it more if the electrocution killed enemies if it struck them.
Even still, this beats the one now built-in.
Put this into the console to use the GMOD physgun viewmodel:
cl_scgg_viewmodel models/weapons/c_superphyscannon.mdl

It shouldn't need Half-Life 2 . This mod includes it's own textures and models, and all HL2 assets are already installed with GMOD itself.
It's fine, it's reminded me that it was a better idea to have the SCGG able to pick up entities from other addons even if it means it might go wrong.

It's locked behind a console command which is disabled by default, scgg_allow_others

You're using an old outdated version of the mod.
