The prop, a notice board with a map on it, is still there and it doesn't go, as it's part of the station, (used as a prop within it) so unless you edit it out it'll stay put. I took a look at it in game.
I have the Park Life DLC downloaded and personally It doesn't worry me as it doesn't affect my game anyway. But from the point of view of other players, you may either want to inform them, or remove/replace it?

I don't know what happens if you subscribe to it. The prop probably just dissapears, but i'm not sure.

I think the sign in front of the building (between the 2 doors), is from the Parklife DLC.
