This mod doesn't work

This is honestly a really cool mod but will this ever get updated? The bots get stuck when there's a pickup behind an obstruction like rocks or spikes and they kinda just get stuck on walls in general. Also there a bit too hyper active in empty rooms. In rooms with enemies it's fine but with something like item rooms, they rush to grab the item before I can even see what it is.

Could you please add a keybinding to quick toggle certain player's ai?
I sometimes want to toggle to ai control to gain auto aiming, but after a short period I have to toggle back.

I guess I will ask here then: I am currently working on an item that would potentially use this mod for one of the functionalities (spawns an AI clone of the player that would use this code logic). I am asking for your consent to publish this mod once it's done, with the proper acknowledgement in the mod desc, of course.

would be cool if someode DID make an Isaac AI using machine learning, but that sounds like absolute agony to actually do, maybe it'll happen later when we can just slap AI architecture on whatever we want lol

@☢ Nato Potato ☢ Is it possible for you to maybe add a god mode feature to AI Teammates? Or make them much better at dodging?

@Sesselpots honestly I could see this because the rc remote trinket exists. Not sure how you do player input that only effected the familiars, but maybe.

I've got a crazy idea dude, crazy idea... What if there's an option to give familiars ai? You pick up Lil' Brimstone and he detaches from following you in a room and just goes around brimstonin' just doin' work.

Yo wait never mind it actually kinda works easu plays himself so long as AI player 2 is enabled and strawman does too, but you still move them around yourself a bit. All that would need to happen is to disable player control input of them and let the ai take complete control if that's possible.

Something I've been thinking about that probably wouldn't be possible, but I still feel like throwing the idea out there is. Would it be possible to have like only easu be controlled by the AI and not Jacob when you play as them. Hell if that's possible than maybe even stuff like strawman and found soul. Again probably not possible, but boy does it sound cool.

unfortunately if you spawn in another player without using a controlled the game thinks that players controlled got unplugged and pauses the game, so anytime you resume the game it goes 'the controller still isnt plugged in' and pauses the game again, getting you stuck in an endless loop

is there any way to spawn all 4 AI with just one controller
