I'm seeing a lot of users complain about this mod being broken / not working. I've tested it a few times in new and existing saves and it seems to work for me.

This may just be luck on my end. I'll edit this comment / write a new one if i seemingly encounter the bugs / issues other users have mentioned.

@Klyte45 I am hoping that you can find the time to fix the frame drop issue, this is an essential mod to CS for realism and is just so handy.

What a great mod. Sadly, it doesn't work properly. It's really such a shame. =( It's weird to see low wealth citizens drive expensive cars.

Too bad this mod is broken with the latest update, I really wish it'd be patched given how useful it is :(

Wouldn't it be amazing if you could define income based on occupation which in return you can define based on education and expand that to housing and behaviour?

My game says that this mod was not made for current game version, can you confirm this?

Works but I can confirm the frame drops. I have more than enough on my PC to have enough going. Seems to be more of a mod compatibility issue.

IT WORKS! I have about 50 mods and it works as it should HOWEVER frame rate drops a lot! What a shame. I wish I could use it as it really makes a big difference with the cars

This mod does not seem to be working with the newest patch. Low wealth sims ride most expensive cars and vice versa.

Will this be looked into? It is really an amazing mod!

@StayHungryStayFoolish, thank you for advice, you are right: unsubscribing from custom citizen mods fixed it for me. I am still going to subscribe to some of them back, cause it only affects preview window; btw AVO preview window looks exactly same, but has no such issue, mb it is possible to look it up as a solution.
p.s. I have PTSD after seeing tunnel ghost first time in this game

@Sepon do you have custom citizens from the workshop? They are ghosts in a tunnel and it is a new "appearance" on the roof of vehicles... I still not no list about these custom citizens.

I have a strange bug, not sure what caused it, it does not affect the functionality but on preview window I have cims sticking out of the car roofs, it happens for all vehicles: https://imgur.com/cL7NRDk

@BillyShabindigo to give you hand, I have added Addresses & Names Mod 3.1.1 to this modlist and I got the button visible in UUI. I did not start to test and create PazarCity street names since I plan to do it when most of the map has been built in.

@StayHungryStayFoolish, I've read through the intro and all documentation multiple times. I'm missing stuff on the actual game. I marked the center of my city and I get addresses when I click on certain buildings, relative to the adjacent street names, but according to the mod's screenshots, there's supposed to be some form of interface on the Unified UI. I don't see that. The only icons I see are Don't Touch and Vehicle Wealthilizer.

Why are we not able to leave comments on the Addresses Mod? I enabled it, but I don't see anything of it when I go in-game. Is there something wrong with that mod?

I have a question, I sub-ed the vehicle advance option to set off-spawn for the default police car, and also sub this mod, then I coulnt set the car spawn from the police department, the default car still appear on the street.
does anyone have the same problem like me ???

It says that the reason was Vehicle Wealthizer 3. I tried to repeat, but the crash was not happening again. Strange.

@StayHungryStayFoolish working fine with no issues with TMPE. Tested on the new base game version.

Is this mod is still compatible with TMPE? I see strange despawning of vehicles, but I could not reproduce it. I love the idea, that VIP areas with nice villas having only limousines or fancy sport-cars spawning.

@sOul i have exactly same issue, i am also skipping all vanilla vehicles with LSM but it wasnt an issue before so i dont think it is that

Suddenly the "Model's Name" list become empty for me. Someone know how to solve it? I was thinking that should be after I skipped some prefabs vehicle with "Loading Screen" mod, but already switch this option off to test and the issue remains.

Hello @klyte45, thanks for the incredible mod, for sure the city is much more realistic with it. I want to know if there is the possibility of adding a field to search for the vehicle name, just as it exists in AVO. This would help a lot, because every time we have a new car, the list gets big and it is very difficult to find just using the scroll bar. If you could type in the name of the car it would be quicker to find. Thanks.

I'm suprised so few uses this mod.

I never thought I would use this mod because I found it quite amusing to see unemployed Cims driving BMWs and Mercedes.
However it got less amusing when I was trying to make a slum area and some of the residents were driving around in a Ferrari or Rolls Royce
This mod solves that problem and it does it quite well.

I'm a glutton for extra vehicles in game so configuring this mod takes a little time - that's not a fault of this mod, it's all my fault for adding so many cars to the game.

In regards to performance; in game I haven't noticed any drop in performance.
The only time I get any lag is when I open up the Wealthizer menu in game to configure vehicles. However, it does not occur after the menu is closed.
To be fair to this mod, that lag is most likely caused by me having so many vehicle assets in the game and it has to list all of them so that you can assign them to each wealth level

I think i have found the issue, Apparently it does not work with the ParkingAI of TMPE.
