@kalaminu It will be ported to TpF2 eventually. There's a few other things on my to-do list first
kalaminu 24. mar. 2020 kl. 10:04
These are awesome and I think I commented below somewhere how they are a part of my youth on the south coast of england.

Is there any chance you will be converting these beauties for Transport Fever 2?

Beautiful model can you try making the Class 170 in Cross Country?:steamhappy:

@simonredman are there electric trains on the line that you're trying to replace?

Also my 3rd rail mod is merely a different looking electrified track, there's no difference to normal electrified track other than visual. As long as your depot is electrified, as well as the route from the depot to your line, you should be fine. If you upgrade the track connecting to the depot with 3rd rail, the depot will automatically adopt it.

Hi, I've tried to use this vehicle, however it keeps coming up with "no vehicle to replace error". I have the required UK 3rd rail mod and replaced all the track accordingly.... any ideas how to resolve please? Thanks :).

Also is there a 3rd rail mod for the depots as I cant get new trains to find a path?

Sounds great to me killakanz

Fantastic job! I miss the slammers. Is it possible to make more liveries for this? As I'm interested in doing the old blue & grey BR livery to match your other coaches you've done.

killakanz  [ophavsmand] 22. jan. 2019 kl. 10:57
My Dad did give me a few more things. I'm porting them on the weekends and spending the weekdays building my own projects :P
-spike- 22. jan. 2019 kl. 10:08
killakanz is there any more mods like this of british rolling stock that would need porting over in thesame fashion? thanks in advance
killakanz  [ophavsmand] 22. jan. 2019 kl. 3:37
Hi -spike-
The Deltic needs some manual installing. You must install the original Train Fever mod then install my patch on top. You don't need to own the game train fever.
Follow the instructions here:

Another great mod, thanks. Also I tried to install the Celtic but can't get it to work, do I need train fever as well?
killakanz  [ophavsmand] 21. jan. 2019 kl. 15:58
@Labigcheese
Oh yeah, you could do that. Just buy 2 or 3 sets and connect them into 1 train in the depot...
Merchant_of_Mercia 21. jan. 2019 kl. 15:54
@Killakanz, I meant as in 2/3 4 car units linked together as a single train?

So 8 or 12 cars

I have a friend who owns a CIG and to this day the toilets still have soap in them- the cleaners came and refreshed everything thinking it was going out again the next morning in sevice in 2003. Almost 16 years later and that soap hasnt been touched. If you like I can get some reference photos, and my dad was a guard on these things when they were in service in Kent, if you like i can ask him what you think of them?
killakanz  [ophavsmand] 21. jan. 2019 kl. 8:37
@Labigcheese
"Nice, does this have a 2/3 unit formation?"
I could add a 3-car formation, but it wouldn't be a 4-Cig, it would be a 3-CIG or 3-COP.
Class 421's can't be used in 2-car formations because the driving ends were unpowered. The motors are mounted on one of the middle carriages and it's the same in my Transport Fever mod, you can hear it as it goes past...
CunkFeatures 21. jan. 2019 kl. 8:33
THANK YOU!!! Just what im looking for!
Im trying to make a Class 411 mod, also trying to see the car stored in Eastleigh to get references.
pauliei 21. jan. 2019 kl. 5:40
Absolutely fantastic they look amazing!! How straightforward is it to convert them?? Perhaps there are other models we can transfer over or contact other bidders!!! So so pleased with this thank you so much!! I have my eyes on those seacows ;-) cough cough hint hint
Merchant_of_Mercia 21. jan. 2019 kl. 5:36
Nice, does this have a 2/3 unit formation?
Lord Raccoon 21. jan. 2019 kl. 3:44
Just amazing. Cant wait ur new multiple units!!!
killakanz  [ophavsmand] 21. jan. 2019 kl. 3:40
@Norfolk_Chris
I realise the historical inaccuracies of NSE and SWT liveries in the 60s. These are the only two liveries currently available and if I left them to unlock in the 1990s they would already be somewhat obsolete.
Of course there's the possibility, as with all my other mods, of new liveries appearing in later updates :)
Norfolk_Chris 21. jan. 2019 kl. 1:13
Network Southeast livery in 1964?
This is approx 30 years to early. When first introduced they In BR (SR) green, later BR plain blue, then BR blue/grey, then 'Jaffa Cake' London South East livery, then finally in 1990's Network South East livery.
Some earlier liveries would be nice!
Electricfox 20. jan. 2019 kl. 17:15
Wait? Ian Morgan is your Dad? That's awesome, I remember downloading his Terrier tanks when he first released them for MSTS! You're carrying on a fine legacy there!:steamhappy:
Electricfox 20. jan. 2019 kl. 17:12
*girly squeal* My favourite!! Killakanz you are a god!
StainlessSteelCynic 20. jan. 2019 kl. 17:02
Nice work, it's great to see more UK trains being added and a cool bit of family history in the mix - and I agree competely with your Dad, it's pretty sweet to see those older mods getting a new lease of life. The fact that they're mods you've converted from mods made by your Dad makes it all the more interesting.
kalaminu 20. jan. 2019 kl. 13:59
OMG! This!!! This is my youth, back and forth Worthing to Brighton on these slamdoors. Thank you thank you thank you
DevonHalstonDreadle 20. jan. 2019 kl. 12:58
At last, my prays have been answered by the all mighty British Train Creator of TpF, but joking aside, I can't wait till I can use this on my save game, and the others to come after this release :cozyspaceengineersc:
A Guy Called Pi 20. jan. 2019 kl. 12:28
That's a load of stuff! I have a feeling none of this would otherwise ever get made for Transport Fever. So glad you're back.
Malevolti 20. jan. 2019 kl. 12:28
Oh yes please.
killakanz  [ophavsmand] 20. jan. 2019 kl. 12:27
@GrijzePilion, he did! You can browse his releases here:
https://www.uktrainsim.com/filelib-search.php?form_author=Ian%20Morgan
He basically handed all the models he had kept on a pen drive to me a couple of weeks ago and said I could use and release whatever I wanted. He likes the idea of his old models getting a new breath of life!
SaltKingdom 20. jan. 2019 kl. 12:25
Keep up the gr8 work. You're making things possible :3
A Guy Called Pi 20. jan. 2019 kl. 12:24
Please tell me your dad made more for MSTS, the more trains the better haha
killakanz  [ophavsmand] 20. jan. 2019 kl. 12:24
@GrijzePilion, it wasn't. my Dad made this for Microsoft Train Simulator.
The model is actually quite old (released on uktrainsim in 2004) but with a little work it fits quite well in Transport Fever :D
DannyT 20. jan. 2019 kl. 12:21
Looking great !
A Guy Called Pi 20. jan. 2019 kl. 12:21
Brilliant! I had no idea someone made this for Train Fever.
