For anyone that is curious I figured it out.

Line 488 change "if iPlot:IsCity() then" to "if iPlot:IsCity() and iPlot ~= selPlot then"

This will cause cities on the selected tile to be ignored.

I wish I could use this to analyze an already existing city without everything being colored red and yellow.

Since the author hasn't been around in four years I highly doubt he'll see this. So if anyone else sees this and has any skill in modding I would like to know how to change this to ignore city centers at the 1/within 0 tiles hex I'd be very grateful.

I can't imagine it would be very hard.

The Keybind is Alt-4 not Alt-F4

On another note idk about yours but every PC I've ever had Alt-F4 has been close program/app not Ctrl-Alt-F4 which I don't believe does anything at least not in windows. Ctrl - F4 works similarly to Ctrl - W though.

I love this mod. Is it possible to change the default value of distance from cities to 5 though? I play with this mod https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1656075482 . I can set the radius to 5, but the colors are still optimized for 4 and show tiles that cannot be settled on. UserSettings.lua doesn't have this setting.

Is CTRL the default key to show the overlay? That works on mine, but not friends' games. I agree with others that ALT+F4 is a terrible combo. Too close to CTRL+ALT+F4 (closes current app on many systems) and function keys are impossible to type in-game on many laptops.

Though, if someone else is also a bit triggered by the keybind :
I managed to change the default « Alt + 4 » to a simpler « 1 ».

In the « RMTUI.lua » file, ( In the mod’s folder, which is « 1628605090 » )
Look for the line that start with « if key == 31 and pInputStruct:IsAltDown() »
And modify it to look like that : « if key == 28 and not pInputStruct:IsAltDown() »

PS : Be sure to not put anything on the same keybind in the game’s options, tho.
And I’m no modder, so do at your own risk ! ^^ Even more if you’re not either !

Can you please update the mod so that it works BEFORE reloading any given game? I can only access alt+4 (and button mouse click) after reloading the game (save+load)

Alt+f4 is just, a terrible hotkey. This mod should have a different hotkey.

This mod always disappears from multiplayer games when I try to loud them back up. Like it works on game launch but when I go back, it''s gone.

this mod is essential for me in industry and entertainment planning. thanks for the good job.however I never use it for resource calculation when founding cities coz early accessible resource is far more important than resources you can access after like 60 turns. so could you add an option in setting file to disable the resource calculation part so to make the window compact and less intrusive?

When I start a new game with this mod, the tool icon "RMT" does not show.
I have to save the game and load it before I can use this mod.

Very useful tool! I can only recommend it.

One thing: Can I close the tool-window with the mouse? Like a close button or left mouse click? I only found the ESC-key and I'm playing with mouse only..

it doesnt work i think with warefare expanded when you gift a unit like the amourd cav it freeze the game so my question is should only gift original in game units

I couldn't find any direct mention about whether this is compatible with More Lenses scrolling through the previous comments.

So, my question is: is it compatible or is there likely to be some kind of conflict if I tried to use this and More Lenses concurrently?

In the latest update, I've added an option for radius combo box to fit the civilopedia description "within X tiles". Hope I've calculated it correctly :)

LoL - after using the mod for a long time just logged on to suggest the same thing. "radius" have a option to be "within X tiles" - to match in game civilopedia language.

I had the same idea for a long time... But did not had the idea to ask :-) I have been deceived by this feature the first time. But for now, the risk is to deceive 27,000 people used to it :-D

Like the mod very much, thank you! One comment: in order to correctly compute the radial bonus of factory/zoo etc, I need to select range 7, not 6. This confused myself for a while because my manual counting and what the mod counts differ. I believe this might be tripping many people up. It's only natural to select 6 when the radial bonus is 6. Any chance we could shift all the numbers down by 1?

@Oh yeah As the Levalinou said the mod adds RMT button in top panel between the clock and civilopedia button you can see it on screenshots. And the mod descripiton does not have anywhere Alt + F4 it has "Supports hotkey Alt + 4 to show/hide the mod window."

On the top right corner you should have a "RMT" button, click on it and a in-game window will appear : the RMT interface with all the infos

Hello, good evening I am really struggling using this mod. How do I set it up? do I have to set it up? I have it installed and enabled but I dont see how to use it. Also in the mod description it says to press alt f4, I am not pressing alt f4 on my open game I don't think its the best idea.

Any help so I can understand how to use this mod, it seems very useful
