the windmill parts dont appear

go DOWN the stairs but turn to the right half way down to access the windmill

you also need to be on a good sized map

open the command console and enter these 2 commands seperately

sbox_maxwire_thrusters 9000

sbox_maxwire_colorers 9999

Same with your schism machine, it wont work because of a thruster limit, And i have no access to it.
