Low health could be his breaths of exhaustion (when he is out of stamina)
Falling scream
Spotting could be him whistling.

Radial Callouts:

Whistling, again.
If he has sounds for agreeing and disagreeing, let me know. I imagine him doing something as simple as "Mm-hm", or "Mm-mm".

Again, if you could do this, maybe as a separate addon, that would be greatly appreciated!
