Hi this is one of the rare assets with diagonal parking so I like to make a couple of requests for you to consider:
1-) 3 lane, one way with diagonal parking on the right
2-) 1 lane one way with diagonal parking on the left

it also shows a 90' parking angle road in the last photo.
as all parking roads need to be manually allocated (by us with parking props) you could have any angle you wanted... ; )
