One of the best ships in the workshop. Cheap, with a large cargo area and a platform for small ships and good design.
However, I would immediately double the capacity of the oxygen tank and add a shower cabin.

@Bravecat Still a ton better than the last 'minisled' he had, which was smaller, granted, but i think not quite as good.. both are meant to be quick cheap ways to get miners to the stars, i guess he switched to this just because miners haveta be bigger/longer now that they need to carry a ton of storage with them

started using this thing before I realized it was made from cardboard and tissue paper with enough fuel storage to putter around a planet for 20 minutes each refill. Boy did it get me around the whole solar system to find ideal locations and unlock planets but ill be damned if I didnt turn it into swiss cheese at least twice while carrying a hilariously large combat HV and a miner. Cool design, super duper cheap, I feel like making a similar design but more all-purpose and beefier than a stuffed chipotle burrito

Looks like it had an issue with the ramps on the rear, they were showing as ramps for small vessels in prefabinfo console command. I just changed them to CV type (and fixed some textures) and updated the workshop item.

k, it managed to fix itself, not sure what was wrong..

I don't know why, but when i went to check what i needed to build this, suddenly my game said it had illegal blocks or was built from the wrong version(not using experimental)

Great design. I'm using it on survive, added a few extra thrusters (with its own switch) to carry my minning hover, removed the turret and added 2 utility turrets - real nice to space operations.

I quite like this design. Simple, but a nice utility vessel to use as a transport in many aspects. Well thought out design. Awesome job.

cargo extenders only affect volume,not storage slots, also theyre useless to anyone not using volume (me, ♥♥♥♥ that lol)

Thanks, it's still showing fully air-tight/temp safe to me, but I went ahead and did a small update to convert the blocks next to the warp drive to solid cube cargo extenders.

been using this but had to make some modifications, the warp drive area is too open to outside air, i almost froze my ass off trying to plug it

Managed to squeeze in a warp drive, now updated to include that (pics also updated). Required a lot of rearranging of interior, engine, and cargo extension stuff, as well as extending total vessel legnth a few blocks. Also added bed (so SP players can skip nights), fridge, armor locker.

There is plenty neodymium on starter planets, salvage the crahsed titan and CVs and on the orbit the thrusters of the destried ships. So there is no problem if you know where to look. If you build one with warp drive it makes sence to use it to haul combat SVs to planets that the SV warp drive can not reach.

Probably a version / build number issue, was made in 9.0.1 2084 (current on experimental). I rolled back to 2082 and re-saved it and updated.
I looked again into adding a warp drive, but it's just too big for this ship, and it pushes the neodymium cost well over 500 (was originally trying to keep it under 300 neo). Might still rebuild it from scratch around a warp drive sometime though.
