I only see three users crying because Hitler is gone and Stalin is there. Learn to code, recover the file, it's online on the community forums... But don't make up things like this mod is illegal in the UK. WWII games and some specific to the Eastern Front are sold in the UK, with and without Stalin. Stop instigating the developers for your frustrations.

@aleksandrmitagyn1223 - you need to add TSL to the USSR civ - there is a post by Dawn on 17 July 2023 in the comments on that mod that gives the sql code to insert.

@John Wakefield: Stalin probably wasn't all that interested in such ideas anyway; he was an extremely pragmatic man. What he was focused on was "how do we get more steel per year" or "how do we expand our influence", in other ways - how to get more power, as this was the only thing that makes the USSR meaningful (it was, after all, a revolution). It was Trotsky who was more into that, and he was not Stalin's friend.

I got a bug, when I launch the game playing as Stalin I don't spawn with any settlers. There's just nothing so I can't even build a city, anyway around this?
