There shouldn't be any conflicts with graphical shipsets. If you have a mod that alters the vanilla Destroyer sections, though, it will conflict. I think some shipset mods may also add custom sections for that shipset, so that could be the cause of the conflict?

This doesn't seem to work with any ship set mods
