I honestly really like your stores, but could you make a RICO-Version of your stores? I mean sure you can mark the buildings as historical, which is what I do and you recommended. But I do not really like having a Dior or Louis Vuitton Store at every corner, as I rather like to add you buildings in the more fancy areas of my town to spice the area up.

@Rockettman, these are growables, so technically you don't need a mod if you wait for them to grow somewhere in your city, but if you want to plop them -- which most people do -- yes get FindIt or something.

@kpixdmv thanks for subscribing. I am not sure I'm following -- if you don't like this building growing in a certain part of your city, you can just bulldoze it?

i would litteraly do anything if you made all of your lux stores lvl 3. I dont really want a prada on my highway exit town with mcdonalds and car repair stores.

@stringerbell i dont have a mod for searching for assets. do i need one?

I just wanted to know where about this would appear in game? cause ive looked everywhere for it but i cant seem to find where it is so i cant put it in my city

@gevolvem, this is a growable building so you just zone high density commercial and let the game spawn it (pay attention however to the dimensions of the building -- for example, this is a corner building so will only appear in a 2x2 corner). You can enable the historical building option to stop the building from upgrading beyond Level 1 if you want to keep it. If you want to plop it, use mods like Find It! and you can see the building in the menu by typing "Louis Vuitton Ginza" in the search box (or any of those words).

Where can we find it in the game? I am unable to find the stores.

@Eistein I guess with the new Historical Building function you can level this up to L3 but keep the building? I just thought it would be easier for users who want to spawn this building and don't need to wait till it gets to L3 and the game may end up choosing a different L3 building, also no need to worry about footprint issue, etc. @UNFU, thank you, I hesitated at first since it's hard to re-create the light bouncing effect the real building uses without using mods like Additive Shader (but I want to keep everything vanilla). I guess right now it doesn't look perfect, but close enough : P
