A very good addition to parks. Umbrellas have color variants randomly-selected when placing. After placing on a park path or road, can be moved/rotated using the Move It! mod and still function. Realistically-scaled stats: construction cost, 10; entertainment (accumulation, 10; radius, 5); tourists (low, 2; medium, 2; high, 2); no garbage, maintenance, water, or sewer costs; no fire hazard.

Please tell me, how did you create an asset for Park Life? Do you have a link to a video or page which explains it? When I open your asset in the Asset Editor I simple get a plain square without any asset properties. So please enlighten me/us :)
