It would be cool if you updated it to have the torso part of the coat wrapped around his hip like the Wooly Pulli or the newly added Watchmann's Wetsuit, it is still and will always be the best Medic Cosmetic, but that tiny change would just make it even better! :armystar:

If you can somehow make this not conflict with other body cosmetics, like the ballistics vest, then please do. The fizzy pharmacist conflicts with them, and it’s the only cosmetic in the game afaik that removes medics sleeves

this is really well-made, but wearing a waistcoat over a long coat just looks odd. i think it'd look even better than it already does if you went for more of an open coat kinda look - like the Doc's Holiday or Der Wintermantel.

The coat is kept for consistent sillouetes and class recognition. It's a necessary evil.
