Sorry dude, but theres no rig that works with them, auto rigger seems to be the best bet, but even that makes the models horrible to animate with

@shadow nope just the models, Although if you wanted a mass effect model with animations i know zaeed has quite a few.

I had to check for this one and sadly no i do not have a harvester model but i can do the other reaper forces instead.
