Try dragging out the one of the default.map in the Options folder. Then drag that file back into the map folder.
Inside this mod there should be a folder called "Options". Inside that there are 6 folders each for a different combination of canal and Caspian condition, along with a txt file explaining what each of them do. It should be as simple as copping the default.map file from the 1 of those 6 that you want and pasting it into this mods map folder.
I have moved away form CK2 modding. If anybody wants to make a compatibility or subversion for it then they have my go-ahead.

I have been winding down my CK2 mods for the last several months. As such I don't have any plans to create one. But I don't have any objection to anyone else doing so.
Here is the Auto Incrementer that I use for CK2. It might not be as feature complete as the one that I have developed for IR but it does take care of most of the tedious stuff and it hasn't failed me yet.

Yes, this should be compatible with MiniSWMH.
I don't know, it is working fine on my end with both my local copy and the one from Steam Workshop.
