with this throwable shield i got to thinking if someone make a mod that shrank the shield down and gave a crossbow the ability to shoot it people could have a SWEET Vakama Metru from Bionicle Disk Launcher. I'm jsut saying it would be sweet to be able to fire the shield from a crossbow and decapitate enemies that way lol. Haven't used the mod but watched the Gamespot mod video on it and thought it looked SWEET so jsut here showing encouragement for your work.

Small issue I've discovered: I tempered the shield and tested it out, but it was reset to its base stats after throwing it. All the materials wasted with no lasting benefit for just a single throw. Throw it once and it loses its tempered stats.

Don't worry though. Shield's base stats are beastly regardless, so I'm not really too concerned.
