you should disable smiliar sweps that uses mad cows base because that might be the reason other than that, it works fine.

I am actually, in fact running on DX8 with medium settings overcloaked and it runs gmod like crap unless it's singleplayer and the 100 fps was from slow motion console command to capture reloading animation so yeah not pretty good fps after all.

Well, at least this is the one and only BF3 M16A3 out in the workshop, although the animation not might match the real BF3 M16A3. I also think it has more realistic reload animations compared to BF3.
