I was having the same skull troubles. I found 4 in the hall of the dead in whiterun. There are so many in the world, its just we never take note of them because they are worthless

This is one of the best armor mods out there, but I can improve the elder armor to legendary, but the highest improvement for the wild hunt armor I can get is flawless. Is this a bug?

While I am aware that I cannot craft this armor, and I understand completely why that is, I believe that since I have smithing 100 and points invested in every single perk that I should be able to upgrade the armor to legendary. As it stands, the armor just isn't as good as the armor I can craft myself which is rather annoying because it looks so much better.

For the people who forge this armor, you actually can't but to find it you have to kill the wild hunt champion in the Shadowgreen Cavern near the Thalmor Ambassy. How I know ? just go to the description of the armor in the part 1.

The wild hunt light armor version is always scattered in the spring at the top of the cave (shadowgreen) for me takes a little while to find it all but i am a heavy player so i worry more about finding the heavy after fus ro dah ing the dude off the cliff ;)

You have to fight the champion to get this armor.
