I wish there was an option to make these ragdoll upon death. As much as I respect adding the original enemy's death animations, I will always prefer the ragdoll system

Is there a means of tweaking NPCs sight ranges without either outright editing the mod, or setting them to omniscient? For example, if i place an NPC on one side of a flat but wide area, and another on the opposite side, have both NPCs be able to see eachother, but still not see if there is an NPC, say, behind a wall? The base is amazing in alot of regards but i can't help but feel like all of the NPCs are nearsighted or something

Are the IV04 Npc's supposed to be deaf to gunfire or sounds? The NPC's only react on a direct hit but no gunfire or anything like that.

Whenever I try to set a faction and spawn an NPC of that faction, the see me as hostile.

Is there a method on how to deal with this?

i got a navmesh mod i'll see if that works, if it doesn't then i'll just use maps w/ navmeshes integrated into them

You can generate one for yourself, with the console command, make one with the navmesh editing tool, use the navmesh tool the nextbots send in the chat when they start spinning, or checking on the workshop in the mere case someone generated a navmesh and decided to upload it

If I enable cheats on my server and put it in through the in-game console it works, but sadly setting the convar in the server settings I found it doesn't work through restart.

I'm getting the same issue with halo Reach nextbots, setting "iv04_nextbot_drop_weapons 0" isn't working for me either.
