Thats because the Samurai for Hoshido use the same tag/name as the samurai as Japan, causing a conflict between the two.

Very late too but I must ask @Kobazco. What is the database error exactly? Is there a way to solve it? I've come across many Civs that have this issue, and it seems some of them cause others to have this error. For instance, Sumeragi of Hoshido caused Nobunaga's Japan to miss a unique.

Very late but this is wrong. The only thing that causes scrolling to fail are database errors. If a mod that didnt have what you listed was the issue, than vanilla civs that dont use a ub would also cause this issue by your logic. There are several vanilla civs that do not have a UB

@Loki This coud happen because this mod is missing required feature - unique building.

If you enable any mod that doesnt have ALL of these:
UU, UB, UA

You will not be able to scroll the leaders screen. That was my own experience - I read about this on the net, disabled several mod civs that had no UB feature, and it started working again.

I installed all of the DLC and it work now but small problem , i cant scroll in the leader selection window now , i can choose my leader from advanced setup but the usual way i can only see the first 5 or 6 leaders.

im not able to select marth as the leader i want to play , idk if im doing something wrong im not really used to using mod
