Both the Portland Terminal route and this version of the P42 (original release) have been retired. The Portland Terminal route is now available as a freeware addon from Railworks America's website as "G-TraX Maine Maritime Switching Route". It's a great route and I highly recommend it. This freeware version is not compatible with scenarios from the Steam Workshop.

I have no plans to recreate this scenario using up-to-date content.

looks to be a nice route but i can't run it because my p42 doesn't seem to be the one that would work for it. Wish there was a way i could fix it so it could.

The GE P42DC Genesis was developed for Railworks 2 & 3 by GTRAX. Unfortunately, It was removed from the market durring the upgrade to TS 2013 and currently isn't available on Steam. It is currently RSC's responsibility to eventually once again make it available. The files that you found must be repaints or modifications instead of the actual locomotive.

Did you get this from railworks america because if you did i cant figure out how to download it? I pressed the download button then i accepted and now it sits in my files. Can you help?

I'm not sure that I understand your problem. One of the items required to run it is no longer available on Steam, if that is what you were asking.
