I find that PortraitBackground = LEADER_NEUTRAL_BACKGROUND does't show in game setting screen.

So, Can you change his PortraitBackground to 'LEADER_T_ROOSEVELT_BACKGROUND'?

can you fix the error with cqui? in tech tree my esc button doesnt work and if oyu load a game which has any ottomans in it, cqui just wont start.
