sv_pure is a console command used in servers, sv_pure 1 means the game wil only use default assets, sv_pure 2 means it will check files for default assets and use them, sv_pure 0 means it will use any asset replaced with file checking, but sv_pure -1 means the game will use replaced assets without file checking

it only works if you have the insurgent version installed aswell...if you dont they just stay invisable
