Is because the server that im trying to add your weapon only lets 1 shotgun to get in.

I already found a way to make it and already have it ready to upload it (with the supressor), I just need your permission, if you let me do it I will add you was the author and creator of it.

The shot gun reload progress is broken because it calculates it for each shell loaded not all the shells together and it automaticaly loads an extra shell.
