this is my single favorite interior map of all time. Lots of open spaces and areas to explore, and it looks fantastic as well.

That's strange. Iv'e never heard of or encountered this before. I'd look up the problem and if that doesn't work I'd re install the game.

I've had only a single problem while playing these maps and I haven't been able to figure out why, I've been getting black screens while trying to load these maps and only these maps, I don't know if it is my mods or it's the maps itself. Do you have any suggestions?

Yeah sorry about that. I figured that id rather just work on releasing new maps rather than going and fixing this old one. ( because if i did id be compelled to fix a lot more than that, and sooner or later id just remake the whole map )

good work, nailed the sort of 60's-70's corporate conspiracy vibe, though I have noticed that there's a missing texture where there should be some sort of projection or something, and also the background noise is quite loud but that's just me.

@requiem vortex Ive considered something like it, but the source engine really had trouble with how it renders liquids. Basically the textures freak out if you see the water from any other angle than the top. There are other ways around this, but none would be easy.

I was mostly inspired by games like INSIDE, in terms of the dark aesthetic, but ive always been a fan of retro 80s styled technology. I guess ARES is just a result of that.

@Saitama Both games are done with entirely different engines, and inside is a 2D platformer. This is a gmod map. To say its a copy makes absolutely no sense. So no, I wont be giving credit because who really cares. Take your salt somewhere else.
