The only things i modified are listed in description, i don't how any of these changes could cause this issue. I never experienced this issue when playing this map by the way.

One issue I see is that zeds often fall into/through the floor when knocked down or killed. If you're on the second floor a zed will hit the first floor and have to climb the stairs again to get to you. But otherwise I'm loving it. Nice additions

You have to edit your ini files to enable workshop download and this map ID to be automaticly downloaded. You can find all the informations needed to do it here : https://wiki.killingfloor2.com/index.php?title=Dedicated_Server_(Killing_Floor_2)

Launch KF2 go to offline and find the map name

With the KF2 SDK, you can find it under the "tools" section of your library.
