None has been made, but if you have the skills or can get ahold of someone who can do it for you, here's a link to where CardboardLuigi got the models.

Ths only bugbear I have is that I can never find Usagi's/Serena's civilian form anywhere in the workshop as an NPC. If any have been done, please let me know. :/

The thing is that CardBoardLuigi is porting the MMD models by Hutariwap. Which only consists of the 9 Sailor Guardians + Chibi Moon & Tuxedo Mask + all of the said characters civilian forms. Meaning if he did a Princess or Neo Queen Serenity model then it wouldn't have the same style as the Hutariwap models.

Here's an update for y'all:
Sailor Mars is near complete, but is held back by problems with addons I planned to release alongside her. (Specifically: Issues compiling additional viewarms for Shinji, Professor Layton's ragdoll not touching the ground.)
If it's not tomorrow, then it'll be during the weekend.

There is an NPC for both your side and the enemy side, but I'm not sure how compatible they are with something like the Half-Life maps.

I have a working on a whole bunch of other stuff (among them, Sailor Mercury.)
Plus I don't think models exist for those characters. (Well, at least not that specific Edd...)
