-Cells are broken.

-And the Generators and pumps aren't working.

Does alpha 13 glitch out the cells in this or do I just need to keep spawning in the town until they stop having that warning label? I dont think its registering the cells are legit complete.

as i mentioned earlier. i accepted your challange. i built my town. and published it, after 1 day i had over 30 prisoners and they were all clamering to kill eachother LOL. was great fun though

Step by Step guide on how to get in-game money:
1 Open the game
2 Open Saves Folder
3 Open the save using notepad
4 Press ctrl+f and type in balance
5 Change the money, do not exced to a billion
6 Save, ctrl+s
7 Exit notepad
8 Open the save in the game

If u open your save file u can ad moeny yourself :) When u are in teh save file HIt Ctrl-F and search for balance edit that :)
