Anti-Personic Bullet - I will have to make another bug report. I spent many hours going over this with Grok some months back. It was determined that they fixed the bug for their stock music, but not for modded music. When you play as Germany, you get fascist music, when playing as the Soviets, you get communist music etc . . So they did fix it, but they never tested it with modded music, which might be a challenge for them, since they don't make modded music.

Another one titled "The Weighted Shuffle function doesn't work anymore" a dev replied that it is working as designed on Nov 27 2024

They probably think the problem is fixed, there is a very similar sounding bug on the forums (thread titled "Weighted Shuffle in music player not working") where the devs replied saying it was fixed on April 24th 2024

I put in a ticket on the forum in the hopes of "bumping" the bug report for you. Hopefully it gets some attention, because your mod is so awesome, it's one of my favorites and I hate how something game-wise messed it up!

J. Woody - It's all from Paradox. They did something late last year in 2023 to nullify the weight of music. Now a lot of my work means nothing. I've left a bug report from the spring on their official site, but there's been no response from them, and nothing in all the "bug fixes" since then. I don't know what else I can do other than go and try and raise hell on the forums about it, but considering they are the strictest forums I've ever experienced, they will probably just remove the post and give me a warning for not putting the complaint in the correct area, which is the bug report section, of which they have just ignored me.

I've noticed that the music isn't playing "on queue" anymore, like now I'm hearing WWII music in the 1936 segment of the game. This hadn't happened before recently. Is there a reason why this is happening? Or does it need to be updated?

Where did you get your version of Arkansas Traveler from?

22 63sus - That I don't know. When I started gathering songs, it was back in around 2004, for Hearts of Iron II. There was no YouTube back then to tell you what exact songs they were, and some of these songs are just compilations of songs from the time period. I liked them and kept them.

Thanks. I really wish that your mods would have gotten more popularity. You have put more work into them than all of the other music makers so it's a shame.

Updated to work with 1.7 and radio stations. Though still not perfect, I hope to update it with a proper picture and song titles in the future.

Paradox has put in new "Stations" of music for you to select to be active, within the game. After having just figured it out why my music isn't playing in the new beta, I actually think this will help my music mods more since now you can select which ones to have running. I just need to now put the new code into all of my music mods. This will be done shortly.

After playing as the USA for about a week, I've dealt with the issues I ran into that made war music monotonous. All music should play correctly now.

I found an issue with playing war music. For some reason, and maybe it's because of the sheer number of songs, but the pop music which plays at all times, even during war, would play nearly all the time during war, which wasn't what I wanted. Eventually, I found it moved over to the war music, but that could take an hour or two of playing.

I set all war music to have a chance to play more frequently. So far, it's looking good.
