Above all, Kids need to be kept safe, but allowed to explore the world as they grow, not told what to be. Not told who to be, and not told how to be it.

99% kids do NOT know who they are, they just know the path they are taking, one step at a time. heck even at 35 I am still learning things about me, I should never stop learning, that would be ignorant.

Let the kids enjoy the world before the world crushes all hopes and dreams.
Just try to keep them as safe you can while doing it. Its all a parent can do and give them the freedom they need.

Anyway, Tynan Sylvester's views on sexuality aren't exactly backed up by scientific consensus, and are handled clumsily in the vanilla game. This mod addressed that issue elegantly.

This statement is false. There is substantial evidence to the contrary. There is also no human evidence that can be or has been which lacks said imperative, as this idea of "culture" of some variety is tied to humanity. Perhaps you're referencing studies on hyenas?

Overall, instead of provoking an argument, why not just own up to the fact that humans still have evolutionary potential (especially cognitive), such as those sexual in nature, hence the fluid identifications that are now becoming prevalent - an inevitable development, as humans and technology are one.

Is it compatible with Psychology?

Can you point me to such evidence? I mean this in an entirely non-judgmental fashion and with good faith - I'd love to have ammunition against people who say otherwise.

This mod deactivates all of my other mods when I turn it on.

Sometimes a pawn will decide to attempt a hookup with someone who's hauling something across the map, and will end up following them for way too long. Also, even if they agree to a hookup they never seem to actually do it.

damn, good mod but you need to adjust the likelihood of gay or bisexual people coming up, my 16 pawns colony had only 4 straight pawns!

As mentioned in the description and discussed in comments, the default spread converts the Kinsey scale to Rimworld's trait-based system. Pawns can only have attraction to gender Y/N, there is no smooth scaling. Thus the only pawns who should not be given the Bisexual traits are the Kinsey 0s, 6s, and Xs. Since 0 and 6 are fairly uncommon results in Kinsey's study, that's what you end up with. If you wish to consider 1s and 5s to also be straight/gay, that's what the mod settings are for. Also, when this was initially released, vanilla was a lot less rational than it is now. :)

This looks very nifty, because the stock romance/sexualilty stuff is annoying even if you aren't offended by its 1950s fantasy version of human sexuality. BUT, I wonder how badly it will collide with the other parts of Individuality {LINK FJERNET}(https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1497105115) when the latter's broken romance/sexuality logic is turned off with its provided checkbox. I really like that mod's rework of many traits.

Hello, I have no notification that there are dates or new couple is normal? Besides there are big ones from time to time without there and couple (I use the mod children, school and learning)

This will need more than an update to 1.1, it's going to need some slight modification because Tynan is including a few traits that Rational Romance uses, or adds itself.

I seem to have found a partial workaround solution for the incompatibility issues with this mod.

In your C:\Users\"Computer name here"\AppData\LocalLow\Ludeon Studios\RimWorld by Ludeon Studios\Config folder open the Mod_1543164506_Controller.xml with a notepad file and delete the following lines:

<alienLoveChance>100.99</alienLoveChance>
<hookupRate>200.99</hookupRate>
<dateRate>100.2002</dateRate>

Then save the file.

From what I can tell this stops the mods values from being referenced or overriding the vanilla functions of dating and such so they once again work as usual.

Alright, some more info on the subject, changing the gensight check to p1.Position definitely validates the valid routes properly, however, the job queue doesn't seem to be registering the dates now...

Well, I don't know, I'm out of ideas, I suppose I'll just disable them altogether.

Well, I found out the issue with the dates that are never carried out. The "GenSight.LineOfSight(intVec3, radialPattern, p1.Map, false, null, 0, 0)" check fails, no matter what, even if they're right next to a beautiful place (with 820+ beauty statues for example).

I suppose removing this check might cause some unwanted issues with pathfinding, but perhaps simply changing the first parameter to p1.Position will do the trick.

Ah yes, they're definitely not being denied. I compiled the dll with debug settings (Thank you author for including the debug log message lines!) and it clearly fails when attempting to find a path for it. I'll fiddle with the code a bit and see if I can make it less restrictive when it comes to finding a proper date location and if that does the trick.

@Crunchy The couple in question is already married, there's no reason the date should be denied. I also have plenty of reason to believe it's not denied and yes a bug because it doesn't state that it was denied in the social log.
Also, in the comments below, apparently more people are having this issue.
