Not sure how up-to-date this collection is, but the GuruSR's Divorce! now has a Hearthfires edition: http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=331553265

In addition; I would gladly go back to subscribing to Steam mods if they removed the auto update feature.
ronr42  [ophavsmand] 15. okt. 2013 kl. 8:23
FYI to all; I no longer add any Steam mods to my game nor do I ever let them *auto update. I have about 160 Steam mods and when you have that many, letting them auto update can cause CTD conflicts when authors add to and update their mods. An Example is; I had a awesome weapons merchant mod that worked perfectly until the author added a house to her mod, which caused conflicts and CTD. It took me hours to figure out which mod caused it. So, now I only download nexus mods.

* You can avoid the Steam auto updating by Installing NMM[Nexus Mod Manager] and launching the game from it. NOTE; Make sure you are logged into Steam first before using NMM or Steam will open the Skyrim launcher and update your mods.

Have Fun with Skyrim and good hunting. :)

That helps indeed. Like you say, when installing mods I only do so with a handful at a time before testing them (sometimes a little more if they only add stuff in certain areas that don't overlap or border each other). Knowing that all of these have already been confirmed to work together ensures that I don't have to test them bit by bit myself. If I were to install them all, I'd likely remove the few mods I have, then subscribe to these, and then start going over the mods I had installed before.
ronr42  [ophavsmand] 1. mar. 2013 kl. 6:54
@Morph Bark; All the mods in this collection are compatable with each other. However, you may have mods active that could conflict with mods on the list. I always suggest only download 1 to 3 mods at a time, test the mod[s] in your game to make sure there are no conflicts and if there are, it will be easy to find which one caused it. The majority of conflicts you will get are between 2 or more house mods conflicting. I have never personally had any problems with crafting mods. Some Quest mods will cause conflicts, yet I have never heard of it happening with any that are in this collection. Hope this helps.

That's a LOT of mods. o.O Are they all compatible?

Hi
You featured a few of my mods in your collection.
I think my latest would fit in nicely too:
Helm of Oreyn Bearclaw

@EVERYONE; FYI. Over time I have had over 225 mods listed in this collection. Many of them for one reason or another are no longer available on Steam. There may be a few mods still on the list that have been removed from the workshop.
Salty McSalterson 19. juni 2012 kl. 7:53
Yea, you dont wanna run into the issues i did.
ronr42  [ophavsmand] 13. juni 2012 kl. 17:47
tightfisted; i just re-read your post. all you have to do is click the picture of the mod and it will send you to the mod page.
ronr42  [ophavsmand] 13. juni 2012 kl. 17:43
after you test 3 mods this way with no conflicts, then download 3 more to test. it's a pain, but it's safer that way. if you get a CTD or the game won't start, you can turn the problem mods off in the skyrim start menu data files by unchecking them. i hope you find many useful mods on this list. please try out the "Dovakiins Warehouse and Bedroom" mod. it's a awesome house/gallery mod that a friend of mine created. have fun and be careful with the different mods in the workshop that you try. many have problems due to the modders lack of knowledge on how to create them. take care.
ronr42  [ophavsmand] 13. juni 2012 kl. 17:36
Tightfisted; no there is no subscribe to all button. i did not put one there because although all the mods on my collection page work well together for me, a few may conflict with mods that players already have. plus, it's not a good idea to download this many mods all at one time. i suggest you download them no more than 3 at atime, start the game, play for awhile, enter and exit doors in solitude, markarth and whiterun. travel down a few trails that lead out from the gates of solitude, markarth and riften. if you can do these things without getting a CTD [crash to desktop] then the mods should work fine for you. most CTD happen in those places if you get a conflict from 2 mods or more. most but not all conflicts happen because of 2 or more house mods conflicting. keep the house mods to a minimum.
Tightfisted 13. juni 2012 kl. 15:38
There is no suscribe button?
Salty McSalterson 12. juni 2012 kl. 15:01
thanks man i greatly appreciate it. I will be getting on later and trying them out. the more houses the better!
ronr42  [ophavsmand] 12. juni 2012 kl. 13:05
continued; if you can get 500 yards away from the gates of these towns without a CTD. then the house mod should be just fine. have fun and i'm glad to hear that the mods are working for you now. take care
ronr42  [ophavsmand] 12. juni 2012 kl. 13:03
continued; i can give you a few mod names that conflict with the warehouse and or each other. 1 "Lokgol Keep" new house mod. 2 the original "Dovahkiins hideout" has issues of it's own because it was not updated to work with all the skyrim patches. 3 "Proudspire Bug Fixes" can cause conflicts with other mods that add something to Proudspire Manor. 4 Dynasty Manor" conflicts with several other house mods. 5 many modders build their new houses on the same piece of ground. 1 example is the [what most people call] five waterfalls location. any and all house mods that are in the same location will conflict. the last thing i want you to make sure you do when testing any house type mod you try is; start the game, go through several different doors in whiterun, solitude and markarth. these are where most CTD will happen. also when testing a new house mod, walk down a few trails that lead out of markarth, solitude and riften.
ronr42  [ophavsmand] 12. juni 2012 kl. 12:48
continued; what i can tell you is to only download new house, new buildings and new vanilla house improvement mods one at atime and test them out. some will conflict and others won't. it will depend on what mods of these types you already have. another thing to remember is that house type mods are frequently updated. check for updates often and when you let all your steam mods check to see if they are up to date, watch the white script in the start menu as it progresses through your mods. if a mod is updating you will be able to see it doing so. then go to the mod page and read what the update was for. MOST updates will not cause problems.
ronr42  [ophavsmand] 12. juni 2012 kl. 12:42
Biwot; first your welcome. next, the Dovakiins Warehouse and Beadroom mod is not mine. it is a awesome creation of a friend of mine [chokehold is his screen name]. now as far as the house mods go. i have both the Warehouse and the Asteria. they work together with no conflicts for me. i did however hear that 1 person had a conflict issue with the Asteria, so i removed it from my collection page. i truely want everyone to enjoy skyrim and my collection of mods. anytime i can confirm someone has conflicts with a mod on the list. i would rather remove it than have other players have issues also. the moonpath listed is a quest mod. i had no issue with it. with all the house mods on steam now, many conflict with each other and with the Warehouse. i can't give you a list because there are too many house mods.
Salty McSalterson 12. juni 2012 kl. 10:08
Ok. I am almsot done. I went back and re did all the mods i couldnt get in one by one, and they seemed to work. Now the only thing i want to confirm is the functionality of the other House mods. Do they in fact not work at all with your Storeroom? And do you know if they work with each other w/o the storeroom mod?

I never did thank you for your help or for putting together this wonderful list. I just wish there was an easier way to go through this.
Salty McSalterson 12. juni 2012 kl. 7:48
Last night i did basically what you said last; go through all the weapon and armor mods, and get those. They all loaded up perfectly fine. There was a bit of an issue with the Curvy Bandit female mod, but i switched it with another and now its fine.

I have a list of mods i will try to load now, one by one, and see if they will load. But what i am understanding is that NONE of the house mods (Moonpath, Asteria, and others) work while using your Dovahkin storeroom mod right?
ronr42  [ophavsmand] 12. juni 2012 kl. 7:47
until you get your game running right, i would not try re-subbing to any of the following kinds of mods because they can be the most system heavy ones. quest mods, town or country inhancement mods, any mods like the followers cart that moves through the world. also, there have been a very few people that have posted that the sounds of skyrim wilds and dungeons were causing CTD. i find that hard to believe sinc the sounds of wilds was one of my first mods and all other mods came after with no problems. but, mods don't work or not work the same for everyone. let me know when you find the mod or mods that are causing you trouble so i can post a warning that they may not work for everyone.
ronr42  [ophavsmand] 12. juni 2012 kl. 7:36
since i am still on my first playthrough and have always subbed to mods 1 to 3 at atime, i can only guess that part or all of the problem your having has something to do with tring to download this many mods all at once. when you start re-subbing to mods, i suggest doing all the weapons and armor mods you want first. i have never had any trouble with crafting or spell mods conflicting. even weapons and armor mods that place the items somewhere in skyrim have never caused me conflicts. for me it has always been house mods that have given me trouble. as i said in a earlier post, not all players installs of skyrim seem to be the same some have problems with quests and others don't. mods are the same way. what works for most will not work for a few.
ronr42  [ophavsmand] 12. juni 2012 kl. 7:28
Biwot, sorry for delay. i wasn't online most of yesterday. first, as far as i know, all the mods on the list are still on steam. what happens is, sometimes steam won't load a mod page and you get a notice that the mod can't be found. now, when i first started downloading mods, people told me to only download them a few at atime. since you are still having problems with the game loading. the only thing that makes sense to do is; unsubscribe to all the mods. give the skyrim start menu several seconds to detect that you no longer sub to them and then it won't load any. load your game from a save you had before having any mods. then re-subscribe to the mods one at atime and start your game and play it awhile. create a new save and then re-sub to another mod. the mods won't re-download, skyrim will detect that you now sub again and will load them. give it a few seconds to do so.
Salty McSalterson 11. juni 2012 kl. 20:24
Im actually quite tired of this. I havent even made a dent and a bunch of them are causing me issues.

When i first got the list, i added all of the mods at once. Of course, the game didnt work, but htey all downloaded fine. Do you think if i delete all of the installed ones, and redo it in groups i can get them all working?
Salty McSalterson 11. juni 2012 kl. 20:02
Ok. Well, i am almost half way through the list of mods and i already found several mods that DO NOT load the game up. It ultimately crashes right at the beginning. I will keep you posted.
Salty McSalterson 11. juni 2012 kl. 9:01
Ok. I removed Asteria, also a few of the mods were removed for no longer being on Steam. Still having the same issue. I will now go 5 on 5 with mods (my computer can handle it) and see what i can find to be the issue. I will let you know as soon as i get a bust.
Salty McSalterson 11. juni 2012 kl. 8:55
I never had an issue with installing. My issue was with the game just booting up. Sometimes it would crash, sometimes it ran until the Dragon Sign. I will take your recommendations and see if those are the issues. If not, i will have to go 3 by three working all the mods. Do you think any of the armor mods can cause issues?
ronr42  [ophavsmand] 7. juni 2012 kl. 0:53
@EVERYONE; PLEASE only download mods 1 to 3 at atime. even if you do not already have mods and this is the first time you will be trying them. there are MANY things that seem to be different with players installs of Skyrim. some people will have a problem with a quest or some other part of the game and others don't. noone knows why. the same holds true for mods. what works for most people will not work for a few. most but not all conflicts with mods are caused by 2 or more house, building [stores and such] or house improvement mods not working together. keep these types of mods to a minimum. also many modders update and add to there mods. especially house and quest mods. sometimes the update will cause conflicts where there were none before. if you start getting a CTD when trying to enter or exit a door or town, CTD when in the wilds and just walking down a trail. or the game won't start. it is MOST likely house mods conflicting.
ronr42  [ophavsmand] 7. juni 2012 kl. 0:27
Biwot, i just re-read your post. with the steam workshop, there are MANY days when steam won't; load the mod pages, let you turn more than a few pages and then give you a error 118 notice, let you download mods or the download will take much longer than it should. all of these things are a steam problem and not a problem with the mods. the only thing anyone can do and does ALOT is; close out steam and re-open it. you may have to do that more than once and even sometimes wait a day before surfing the mod pages or downloading a mod. the most common steam error messeges are 118 and error 2. the error 2 will sometimes happen when you are downloading a mod. if that happens you wait awhile and try again. steam will eventually let it download.
ronr42  [ophavsmand] 7. juni 2012 kl. 0:07
continued; that list i just gave you are the only ones i can think of that could possibly be causing any conflicts. all the crafting mods and followers tweak mods work well for everyone with no known potential for conflicts. the mods that look like they overlap and do the same thing, each have something unique to them that the others don't. that overlap in crafting or spell mods won't cause conflicts. i hope this helps you find the problem. please, as you sub to new mods over time. do them no more than 3 at atime. that way if a new mod conflicts with one you already have, you will be able to find it right away. and keep the house, building and house improvement mods to a bare minimum.
ronr42  [ophavsmand] 6. juni 2012 kl. 23:54
continued; i also read a few days ago, a post that said the "Asteria" house mod was causing conflicts with the "Dovakiins Warehouse and Bedroom" mod. if you subbed to the Asteria, try unchecking it. i have both these mods and they work for me and most people. in most cases if you get conflicts that either causes your game to crash or not to start, it is because of 2 or more house/store mods conflicting. last thing i suggest trying is, if you subbed to the flyable dragon races mod, that one can put a heavy load on your system. theres alot to it. try unchecking it also. if you still have problems then uncheck and unsub to any of the town beauty mods and the thunder and ice mods. these also can put a load on some systems and especially graphics cards.
ronr42  [ophavsmand] 6. juni 2012 kl. 23:37
Biwot, sorry it's taken so long to get back to you. i haven't been on line all day. there are 2 things i would try. first let me explain a couple of things. many modders update their mods often. sometimes the changes they make will cause new conflicts that were not there before. thats why i always tell people to download and try out mods 1 to 3 at atime. also, i thought i had removed the werewolf mod and will do that now. i've heard other people are having problems with it too. for some reason not everyone has the same success or conflicts with mods. i have had no trouble with that mod or any others in this collection. because many of the quest modders add to them ALOT, when i sub to a quest mod and finish the quest, i unckeck the mod in the skyrim start menu data files. thet disables the mod.
Salty McSalterson 6. juni 2012 kl. 9:01
Ok so i have never modded my Skryim game before (on this pc or the previous one) and i decided to go down the massive list of stuff here. Most of the stuff i did want, but i noticed a lot addressed hte same topics or literally overlapped themselves. I went with them anyways, after reading your confirmation.

Some of the mods dont download at all. And the Werewolf mod doesnt even allow the game to start. Finally, after geting into the new character screen, it stays on the same screen until you force close. I honestly dont have the time to go through all of these mods one by one testing which one works or doesnt. Is there anything you can recommend?
ronr42  [ophavsmand] 3. juni 2012 kl. 7:01
ok, the way im reading this, is that you re-installed skyrim. then got a notice that it would be 2.5 hrs. for the install to finish. i have not re-installed my game. only added mods to the game after it was installed. only thing i can say is; many of the mods are 50 to 90MB each. if you try to get all of them to re-install at the same time, it is going to take quite awhile. i suggest that if you don't want to wait that long, that you unsubscribe to to the mods so they don't re-install when you install the game. then subscribe to them one at atime once you get the new game started. hope this helps.
Oribun Faolan 3. juni 2012 kl. 6:25
the start of the game with the collection took on the position already asking for 2.5 hours! I thought it might be the amount of mods, which is responsible for a long time. mean while, I started to load the program gradually to mods with more and more to find out who is to blame for the delay.
ronr42  [ophavsmand] 3. juni 2012 kl. 6:18
daiski-drakan; i don't understand what your asking. please ask again
Oribun Faolan 3. juni 2012 kl. 4:47
how long it takes at least start at the first with all the mods. (Only your collection - previously had no mods - and a reboot of the story?
ronr42  [ophavsmand] 26. maj 2012 kl. 5:59
@EVERYONE; All of the mods in this collection work together with no conflicts. However, I suggest that you download them 1 to 3 at a time, to make sure they don't conflict with any mods you currently have. My experience is that 90% of all mod conflicts come from two or more house, building or vanilla house modification mods conflicting. To the best of my knowledge, all crafting, spell and most quest mods will not cause conflicts. I highly recommend every mod in this collection. Starting with "Dovakiin's Warehouse and Bedroom". If you do get a conflict between one of these mods and a mod you already have, you can turn off any mod you have in the data files, in the skyrim start menu, simply by unchecking it.
