I remember I had the same issue, the mod seems to run but doesn't. Too bad if there is no update, no more sushis ! The ones that Rainbeau seems to hate, like the whole seafood... but the other mods cannot compare, Fishing expanded just let you create a "fishing zone", great, really, no one fishes, and thank for the fish is really too repetitive, this one I doubt it's 1,1 now.

I have just quick testet this mod with game version 1.1
After activating this mod the game shows no errors. After starting a new colony, I can build a fishing spot. But no one is starting the fishing job :(

Just a suggestion for two mods to add compatibility with.
First would be Rim of Madness - Bones
Second would be bulk crafting mods or add a few of them to this mod instead (Maybe under research, just a suggestion)
Good mod though, keep up the good work :)

This mod is not compatible with the mod that adds freezing waters as it relies on there being a water tile.

Can there be a way for fishing spots to stay? I'm in a spot that freezes nightly and having to replace them every morning.

To clean the fish you have to enable fish at the butchery table

This is surprisingly well balanced for rimworld. You can't survive on fishing alone even with the sliders at 100%. Well done.

Is there a way to lower the target value of the fishtraps? I'm having raiders bother to break them down while being shot at by turrets.

What do you mean by clean?
You can butcher them at a butcher table just like any other animal.

So I just had a pawn get his leg ripped off while fishing...is there anyway to disable that part? Seems a tad silly/out of place.

Please disregard my epic stupidity. I had the cursor flipped in the wrong direction the entire time. It makes great sense now...

Yes, that's what I'm trying to do. I am trying to place fishing spots and nothing seems to place. It's very, very miss, I've only been able to place a single fishing spot on a separate map without getting some kind of an error message.

You don't find fishing spots with this mod, you place them (under production menu i guess, I don't have rimworld at hand).

Also yes, I can confirm it can work with custom biomes.

I'm having a difficult time finding fishing spots. I am on cassandra tough on a tumdra. I do have rf realistic planets on... does this mod work with custom biomes. My map was has a large river in it.

That is not working as intended. Do you have CE?

I don't know if this is a bug or not, but one of my colonists got nuked while fishing from a bruise that did 216 damage... is that "working as intended"??????

There's a new fishing mod by the Vanilla Expanded guys, you might wanna check about if this mod needs any compatibility patch for running both

When anything is added to a game in progress it wont be added to any existing food restrictions/bills/etc. Look there and it should fix it. Also a tip for any similar future issues.

I fixed it! :)

I managed "food restrictions" at each pawn and had to add what i wanted them to eat so now they are all eating my precious fish and sushi dishes!
