Finally a bare-chested item for Heavy that sculps a proper chest area with pecs and arm muscles and chest hair and proper shading! (Instead of a flat chest with a weird vertical line and no armpit shading to give it some texture, my biggest beef with the Heavy Lifter, because it makes the Lifter look oddly flat.)

What is the thick red scarf around the neck supposed to be though? Ochre-dyed fur?
