Some thing must have changed in an update to the game concerning clearance. I will take a look at some point to see if it can fix this.

I noticed that this design cannot use fighters. I got a message that the bays are blocked when I tried to launch. Any ideas?

Ty, as I said above, I will be updating this build and adding a better description of the actuall station its meant to represent this weekend. I also plan on building more of the Golan series of stations if they are wanted.
