@Spicy Sperm Yoghurt - A workaround is to use the "Building Theme" mod to create a custom building lists you want to use for high rise districts. And then you can use another mod, "Control Building Level Up" to prevent this building from leveling up to L5.

Okay I see. It's just that this building is simply too tall for my non high-rise districts, that's why it's bothersome. I don't want to unsubscribe though since it looks good in the high-rise areas.

The high rise ban only works with level 5 buildings, and this asset it's level 4. Thanks for the comment, i will work on that.

@odintge thank you for your comment, I found it very constructive and you commented on an interesting point. I understand what you mean, in fact I plan to make more assets in the same style, having different heights and levels, so they can blend into the city skyline, like mid rises and skyscrapers, which is my final intention. I am currently working on a asset request, but when I have free time I will continue this collection. Thank you!

This is a great building but it's waaaaaaaaay too tall for a level 4 building. This is allowed to be built in a district that has the High Rise Ban set. I'd love to see this changed to level 5. Or perhaps just another version that is level 5.

@craigrz i used the vanilla stats, so this should be 18 per building. For more realistic values, i recommend the "realistic population" mod.

Bem bonito, pena que se eu colocar mais 2 mods ou asset no meu csl ele já vai demorar mais de 9999 horas (dele demora 1 hora, as vezes 40 minutos) =/ Mas o que eu posso é avaliar ;D
