Hi ! Cetshwayo provokes some graphic bugs. I started a game where different features of R&F were buggy, a giant red exclamation point appearing at the place of : government district, reef, and every improvement on R&F new resources, like amber or tortoise. I tried to remove one by one all the mods I subscribed to recently, and it occured it's this mod that is provoking the bug : without it, it's OK ! So I let you know.
This aside, thanks for your amazing work !
